2020 NECO Entrance Exams Result is out

This is to inform the general public especially candidates that wrote the 2020 National Examinations that the 2020 NECO Entrance exams result is out has released the 2020 National Common Entrance Examination results.

National Common Entrance Examination (NCEE) results of the National Examinations Council (NECO) has been released.

The Registrar NECO, Godwill Obioma reviewed this while submitting the results to the Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu on Monday, November 16 in Abuja.

Obioma also mentioned that the council has secured the national cut off mark at 142. He also revealed three students with the highest scores; Umeonyiagu Chinua Crucifixio from Anambra state with a score of 199, Onwuamanam Udochukwu from Enugu, who scored 198, and Salaam Mariam Aderemilekun from Lagos who scored 197 out of a total of 200 in the examination.

According to the statistic, a total of 70,580 candidates sat for the examination nationwide, out of which 24,416 candidates passed with a minimum score of 66.

Mallam Adamu ordered a thorough investigation be carried out on the absence of 16,713 candidates who were reported to have been prevented from showing up due to the EndSARS protests.
