The National Examination Council NECO was founded in April 1999 by the former head of state Abdulsalami Abubakar. Its an Examination Body which Geographically is meant for Nigerians education system, Its primary Objectives is to carry out Senior Secondary Certificate Examination ( SSCE) and General Certificate of Education (GCE)
