Please this is the deadline and Time Table guide for all students that wish to write the NOUN Virtual Examination, plus a suggested idea on how you can perform better in your exams though dividing your courses into simple and complex

The Vice Chancellor has directed the commencement of on-demand virtual examination for students. Consequently, students are requested to note the following:
- The URL for access to virtual examination on-demand application process is : https://dea.nou.edu.ng.
- Postgraduate students could take their examinations provided they apply for it by midnight 13th of June, 2020, from 15th to 20th of June, 2020.
- Dates for undergraduate students’ virtual examinations is as follows:

All candidates should please note that once a course is selected for virtual examination, it cannot be made available to the student for physical examination at the Study Centre (after lockdown order is lifted).
How to Apply for NOUN Virtual Examination
if you are ready to take your exams I suggest you apply right away for the NOUN Virtual Exam, it’s more preferable and will save you the stress of going to the exam centre after the lockdown
When you log in to the website please fill up your information then proceed to select the courses you wish to write, on a more critical note you can select some courses you are sure to pass without stress or even help yourself by dividing the courses into two
The first easy ones, you will select them so you can get rid of it while at home, while you read and prepare for the hard ones this means you will not select all your courses,
the hard ones will be written at the exam venue when the lockdown is over, it gives you the freedom and less stress during this period because you will focus your energy on reading and solving the complex courses
How will NOUN Virtual Examination be taken?
The National Open University first Semester 2020 Virtual Examination is the first of it kind and you should be aware there certain things that will come to play here
First please do not apply for the on-demand virtual examination if you do not have a computer or a laptop at home, because during the process of choosing to write your exams you can select if you are going to write from home or office,
You need a computer and a Strong internet connection because your questions willbe streame live from the NOUN Exam database, so get a good modem or network
Your e-exam will be time nased and there will be strict ristrictions please make sure your ready for this, you mght be supervise virtually using a webcam or as the case maybe the scholl mght send in a representatives to ensure your free from malpractices
On a final Note Please make sure you get yourself familiarizie with your computer set, most times its not that you do not know the asnwers but becasue you lack the experiece to use your computer set,your time might elasped
Tips for Passing your exams
Start your exam on time as its stipulated and ensure you stick to the the timing of each of the courses
Please always answer the questions you know first you can skip the ard ones when you are done with easy questions you can come back to review the hard question
Most times the questions are repeated or you might get a clue of the answers from other questions so be very observant and focus
Download Past Questions and practice it before exams, who knows as this lockdown has restricted a lot of things the school might repeat some questions because there may not be adequate preparation by even the lecturers to change questions
